Project 01
Brush & Bubbles is a vibrant paint-and-sip experience in Covent Garden, looking to optimise its e-commerce ticket sales and improve digital marketing performance. Since January, I have worked closely with the team to refine their strategy, enhance their paid social media efforts, and improve website conversion rates.
I focused on optimising the e-commerce funnel, improving the website’s conversion rate, and refining paid social ad creatives to increase bookings. I also implemented a TikTok content strategy to boost brand awareness, leveraging trending formats and strategic targeting to maximise reach and engagement among new audiences.
TikTok videos have seen a 316% increase in video views, a 999% jump in non-follower reach, and a 122% increase in website visits. These efforts, combined with broader marketing optimisations, led to a 104% year-on-year increase in sales for January and a 123% rise in conversion rate, with key landing page sessions up by 30%.

GG’s Gelato is a premium ice cream brand based in Gower, preparing for a big summer push in 2025. I was brought in to support the in-house team with a refreshed marketing strategy, social-first content creation, and streamlined marketing processes to position the brand for summer success.
I worked closely with the internal team to plan and execute their summer campaign, focusing on strategy development, content planning, and social-first filming to capture authentic, engaging visuals. I also helped build clearer internal workflows to support consistent content creation and better align marketing efforts with the brand’s goals.
In the first month of our work together, profile views across Instagram and TikTok rose by 400%, reached audience increased by over 900%, and new followers jumped by 178%. The content-first approach has laid the groundwork for strong engagement heading into peak season, while internal processes are now set up for sustainable growth.

Picnic and Pop is a vibrant family-friendly festival in Aldershot, Hampshire. I was brought on to improve their paid social media performance and optimise their social channels to better convert visitors into ticket buyers ahead of their upcoming event.
I focused on creating engaging, high-converting video content and restructuring the ad set strategy to improve performance on a minimal budget. This included refining audience targeting, refreshing creatives, and streamlining campaign objectives to drive more meaningful action and better ROI from every ad spend.
With strategic improvements to both creative and targeting, the campaign generated a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 400–700%. Despite a modest budget, we achieved significant results by focusing on sharper creatives and more effective audience segmentation, driving stronger engagement and conversion rates across their social channels.
